What is the ONE thing you must take with you on holidays? Even if it means sacrificing something else?

Mine is knickers. If I am going on holiday for a week, I take 2 weeks worth of knickers. Crazy - yes.. yes I am...

i'm the same with underwear... and i always have to have a book and a notepad and pen in case writing ideas come into my head

I always have at least 4 pens and 2 sets of clothes for the opposite weather I'm heading to "just incase" Mark got annoyed dragging heavy winter clothes around and posted 8kg of clothes and shopping back to Adelaide from Phuket

I am the same when it comes to undies..sometimes I like to change mine 2-3 times a day on holiday! coz when ur on holiday for some reason u tend to change ur clothes mre and for me it included undies! hahah

but otherwise, I NEED my sorbelene cream.......

Yeah Same PJ. You do tend to get changed more - going out for tea, lunch, going for a swim etc. I am not so crazy after all! Or, I am, but so are all of you! Yaya!

I am the same on the knickers front but my other one would have to be both my hair straightener and my face cream, more so my face cream. I have really dry skin and if I don't put it on everyday it itches like , would drive me nuts, lol.

I've got an undies obsession too. I always take WAY more than actually needed because you never know what could happen.
I once worked with a (Very Strange) woman that only owned 4 pairs of underwear!! She came to work one day saying she had her husbands jocks on because she couldn't find any of her own. Me & the other lady in the office were dumbfounded & asked her what she does if she on holiday & she said that they never go away for more than 4 days so thats all she needs, so we said what if you went to hospital?? But she discounted this saying she doesn't need to go to hospital because she is healthy. Urm has she ever heard of an accident!! Or getting stuck somewhere while on holiday !!! I just can not fathom that a woman can get by with only 4 pairs of underwear!!
I am also a skin care nazi & have to take all my potions & lotions. I think my beauty case is the size of a small suit case but I wont go without it!!

Wouldn't they wear out really quick?? I'm like PJ and have about 30 pairs on rotation, which means I wouldn't wear the same ones as often as someone who only owns 4 pairs. They would have holes in them if they were mine!

I won't leave without my camera a nice dress (in case we go out to a nice dinner - which usually means high heals which are so annoying in a suitcase) umm bathers, suncream for my crappy white skin, face cream, UNDIES, a few bras too (two or three max) umm MONEY!!!!! YAY VISA CARD!!! hahah AND MY DH'S WALLET hahahaha

4 UNDIES! WTF!!!! I have sh*t loads hhahaha and I always buy more cos I don't like the old ones (old being not that old either )

Mine would be the beauty products. I have really sensitive skin that dries out quickly.

Underwear, I agree I always pack more than neccessary and cannot understand how any one survives with only 4 pairs.

I do love my straightner, but even though I did think about it for a split second (we had a powered site), I didn't take it camping with us.

Undies is definately overcatered for when I travel.. thatsa given.. shoes is another.. I cater for all scenario's..walking-sneakers or thongs,going out bar/club etc-heels,going shopping or just out for dinner-flats or some form of more casual heels. and usually a lot of comfy thongs..

Though one thing that I always take with my without fail in case they dont have one.. Hairdryer..and am big on beauty products.My skin feels gross whislt away I find..
